I for one have no party affiliation associated with this issue. The 3rd. bridge is far to basic and simple for partisanship to have any relationship. We have a city (Salem) it is growing and needs infrastructure to grow as well (roadways and bridges). So here is my question. After the 3rd. bridge is finished where should the 4th bridge be located? Salem is growing and simply stated needs infrastructure to accommodate that growth, both for the present and the future. One last question. What is a frugal liberal?
