The 32 people were the ones who came to the stakeholder meeting on January 31st, not the ones who were invited. This was reported a week or so after the meeeting by City staff after some badgering. We don't know who was invited. The point remains that it was a very unrepresentative group, and their suggestions need to be taken in that light. I think there might have been a plan to have the "stakeholders" get together again, but thankfully that plan seems to have been shelved. Thanks to Michael Slater and Warren Binford and others who outed the "stakeholders."</p>
