First, there is no way to prove what is leading to the climate change. CO2 might be making it worse but I read today that most of the worst places are not here for spewing it out. (Can you guess-- China). So, we have these changes that have happened in history but are worsened today by over population and the desire of the middle class to enjoy many luxuries like second homes and driving where we want, which even with an electric car, uses energy for batteries and recharging.

Second, it's not just Oregon. It's more rain and cold on the East Coast and more warmth and dry on the West Coast. People used to migrate in such times but do we do today when we are tied to property-- those of us who own any.

Anyway, nice to have an interest in Black Butte-- beautiful place and we've rented there a time or two or three or more.
