Unfortunately, this "bright idea" rates right up there with the survey; pie in the sky.
What, are you proposing signs on HWY-22 E & W entering Salem City limits stating, "Only Battery Powered Vehicles Driving Short Distance Allowed"?
Why do you avoid Salem's #1 source of air pollution?
FYI, I answered just a few questions on the survey and closed the tab.
I know when I am wasting my breath...
