Some of the businesses that are worried should look into also doing a food truck... Lot's of times i want to go to venti's at either location and they are so busy that i don't have time to eat there. And i have an hour lunch break...

If sit-down restaurants fear competition from food trucks, they better up their game! Too many ho-hum nothing original restaurants in Salem. Here's a clue: garlic does not make everything better. A little creativity please!
