Brian, I don't think the project is in trouble at all unless Councilor Thomas is persuaded to reverse her position. There is no way that Clem, Nanke, Bednarz, and Clausen will turn against the project. Thomas is the key. She usually votes with Bennett, Tesler and Dickey. She must have come under heavy pressure from the dark side last night. So your readers shouldn't email the entire Council. Email . Tell her why she was wrong to approve a tax abatement for this project and why she needs to provide the decisive vote on September 9th against the easement.
