I'm afraid that there is nothing to "understand" about global warming. It is a condition which we simply observe.

It is the contention of some that human activity is responsible for accelerating global warming by way of the liberation of carbon into the atmosphere. (As if that were somehow unnatural)

The simplest (and only) way to slow global warming is to eliminate about 3/4ths of the human population.

That's exactly what's going to happen anyway - once the full effects of global warming rearrange the environment to the extent that survival will only be possible in technologically enhanced enclaves.

Humans will accelerate the depopulation of the planet by killing each other in greater numbers as the frightening inevitability of climate change becomes apparent.

Say goodbye, now.
