even with the core puller, the cartridge wont come out.

the core puller is nothing more than a vice grip on it.

this is not the type of puller I use. The type i use put pressure on the part that you want the other part off of.

thats not the case in this matter. its says to screw in the puller to the cartridge and pull. They want me to do this on a bunch of pipes floating in the wall that are moving while i'm trying to pull.
I want to kill the person that developed this puller because hes a moron!!! (Who cares about my gramar or punctuation because im pissed!!!)(you can still read it!!)
This will be the last Moen anything i buy. ive only had my house for 7 years and already i need a cartrigde? bullshit!!!
my dad has an old victorian house and says hes never changed a cartridge in 40 years.
i asked him what brand he has in there and plan to switch out all my "good" Moen crap for something that works!!!
