At 4 pm PST (in a few minutes, that is) word is that a Universist representative will be on the (ugh!) national Lars Larson show. I just got an email from the Universists telling me that this appearance has been moved up to today instead of tomorrow because of Bush's forthcoming Supreme Court nominee announcement.
More info is on the Universist website, including how to listen to the show on the Internet. Locally, you can listen on KXL 750 (just don't make it a habit--normally I can't stand Lars' right-wing rantings, but I'll be interested to hear him speak with the broadminded Universist guy).
P.S. I just figured out that locally Lars' national show is broadcast from 10 to 12 pm, according to the KXL program guide. My slug-slow dialup connection can't handle streaming audio even (much less streaming anything else) so I'm unable to tell whether the Universist guy is holding forth on the national show right now. Will wait till 10 tonight to find out, I guess.
Warning: Michael Savage is on KXL from 4 to 8 pm. Do not, repeat, do not listen to Savage unless you want your brain to explode. However, if you don't have a brain, you'll be fine and likely will enjoy his arch-conservatism.
