Thanks for the birthday greetings, Pablo. I’m coping pretty well with turning 56, although it just struck me that, rounding off to the decade, I’m now closest to 60—which sounds scary. However, last night when I mentioned my birthday to my martial arts/Tai Chi instructor, he said that he was nearing 51 himself, and had decided that he now was going to start over: “I’m about to be one,” he said. Good idea. Leave off the five and focus on the last digit.
