Before the term ‘conspiracy theory’ arose, they were called myths. I watched a programme last night on myths and legends. A popular one in the UK back in Victorian times was ‘Spring Heeled Jack’. The myth emerged as the ‘industrial revolution’ drastically altered people’s lives. Cities filled with industrial smoke and grime along with poor working conditions, gave rise to a new level of fears and insecurities. Spring Heeled Jack personified these fears evolving to be a sub-human entity with fantastic ‘springing’ feats. He was once described as: - “Wearing a kind of helmet and a tight-fitting white costume like an oilskin and he vomited blue and white flames!”

‘Blue and white flames’: such myths reflect the fears and insecurities of the times. They have come and gone throughout history. The present-day conspiracy theories can be shown as also reflecting our current fears. Mistrust is rife as the world-wide media reports almost constantly on corruption in governments, business – and lately, in the church. All fueled by the vast network of information saturation.

It is right that corruption should be ousted but beware of ‘throwing the baby out with the bathwater’ as many conspiracy theories carry mis-information generating fear and mistrust that can cause harm – as is happening at the moment where UK hospitals are being overwhelmed through a surge of flu, covid and RSV through many being influenced by negative vaccination conspiracy theories.

One piece of information that is not a conspiracy theory is that many of us live in an almost constant state of anxiety. And there are those who knowingly or not, feed these fears – probably as a result of their own fears and insecurities.

We are uniquely easily influenced, and there are a lot of negative influences about: and also, we need to entertain the possibility that following myths and legends (and conspiracy theories) is part of our survival prerequisites. As such may be the case, a little self-awareness may help before we react.

Wow.

On the other hand, not really. It's officially crazy season, isn't it. Or will be, very soon. (It already is, and has long been, in other parts of the world. The US will officially join the august ranks of crazy in ...countdown starts...)

"if anyone wants to argue that this stuff is true, have at it in a comment on this post"

Yep, I'll keep some popcorn handy for when they do

I mean, we've got folks here who believe the Covid vaccine was a hoax, that the pandemic itself was largely a hoax, that climate change is a hoax, ...not to mention the different stripes of religious crazy ...so well, why not

"I haven't watched the video."

That was wise!

But the subject of the video is actually interesting. I only watched the first two or three minutes of it. This presentation is about water memory (or so it seems, from that very brief part of it that I watched). Water memory is something I've heard of, and actually know what it is. It is the principle on which is based homeopathy. And homeopathy, as you know, there's no dearth of folks who believe in it. So, pretty much mainstream woo.

...just when you thought he was over his TDS...

But I must have compassion, for these days are a Dark Night of No-Soul for all of America's liberals. It's been one crushing defeat after another. The 1st gunman missed Trump. Then the 2nd gunman was caught before he could even get off a round. Then Trump crushed the election and sent Kamala packing, and owing 20 million dollars to hoodwinked donors. At that point, the sheer emotional damage in liberal land was off the charts.

Then Biden pardoned Hunter! With a blanket pardon! Even the New York Times said it was deeply wrong.

It couldn't get any worse. It just couldn't. But when everything is looking glum, the worst was yet to come -- CBS was forced to apologize to Trump and give him 15 million dollars.

I expect there's been more grass smoking in the last month than ever before in history.

I am surprised that this Post has not received more responses. At least from those who really know Sabrina Wallace personally, or knew her when she worked at the Dera in Hostel 6 Administration.

I have never personally met her, but I bought Sheena’s Book on Kindle, and read it as soon as it was available. Then, I saw some one on RSS site immediately posted a free PDF link on the book, and I commented that it was legal piracy.

Sheena saw my comment, then had the pdf removed, then some how, we connected as Facebook friends for about a year. So, during that time, I viewed her Facebook site, read her messages, and her friends list.

There are many Sabrina Wallaces that show up on Search, and I really doubt that the Sabrina Wallace in this post is the same Sabrina that was a Satsangi and worked at the Dera, and authored the book by Sheena.

The Sabrina I knew on Facebook looked and posted as just a well educated , and well groomed Indian Lady.

I could be wrong, but certainly didn’t ever see ANY morsel on her Facebook posts to others of the weirdness of this post.

Well, in the real world, Scully and Mulder would have been CIA officers NOT agents of the FBI.

The world of CIA is soooo fringe it’s hard for the average human to believe or comprehend. Just watch this: https://youtu.be/F607HZizO6o?si=MSirpPb3EpMiHUeI. And I’m no fan of Snowden—not by a long shot. What Snowden did ended up getting so many officers killed. It compromised our Intelligence Community and endangered the lives of countless Americans.

There is so much you don’t know… (and are better off not knowing).

But “mysticism” has been practiced by both the believers and nonbelievers for millennia.

Mysticism isn’t sacred, it’s just EXTRA (in the gen Z sense).

A pure heart is sacred. However, a pure heart is very, very, very rare.

With regards to “Sheena”, she is definitely Indian and not involved with SpaceX.

@Leela,…have you practiced the Monroe Gateway program mentioned in the Video you posted! A CIA Agent, famous for his ability to Remote View, married the late Robert Monroe’s daughter, which is most likely why the CIA got involved in monitoring certain “Guests” who Imagined they were communicating with disincarnate Entities , during their sessions in Monroe’s isolated “Meditation” chambers, while being asked questions to ask these Entities by Monroe , or his Facilitators still selling these programs, to people thinking they can buy OUT OF BODY experiences.

The CIA would get much more accurate information by getting initiated in to Sant Mat, and meditation , by using the Technique shared by Surat Shabd Yoga Masters, than by being hooked up with Moniters, and listening to artificially produced weird sounds from Monroe’s brain scrambling HemiSync recordings.
