Well, it's been a while since there's been fresh news from India about the financial fraud scandal involving the guru of Radha Soami Satsang Beas, Gurinder Singh Dhillon.
But today a commenter on this blog shared a link to a recent story in the New Indian, "As Dabur eyes Religare, Punjab's Radha Soami chief took ₹1006 cr, company to police." I've shared the text of the story below. Click on the preceding link to see the documents included with the story.
Some of the story is old news. However, the complaints submitted to the Delhi Police by Religare's current management and Malvinder Singh are new. For those who don't know how much 1006 crore rupees is in dollars, it's a bit over $120 million. So a substantial amount of money is alleged to have been illegally diverted from Religare by the RSSB guru.
That allegation has been the subject of previous stories in the Indian financial press. Now it looks like those allegations may be investigated more seriously. I also checked Google News to see if there were any other recent stories about Gurinder Singh Dhillon's fraud accusations. There was. You can read that story after the one from the New Indian.
NEW DELHI: The ongoing spat between billionaire brothers, Malvinder Singh and Shivinder Singh, who once together ran Fortis Healthcare and Ranbaxy Laboratories, has taken a sharp twist after a complaint before Delhi Police has directly named Radha Soami Satsang Beas Gurinder Singh Dhillon known as Babaji for illegally benefitting, conspiring and diverting funds more than Rs 1000 crores from Religare.
The New Indian has accessed all relevant documents related to this complaint at a time when Burman family, the promoter of Dabur — India’s leading consumer goods company, has mysteriously made an open offer in public to raise its stake to 26 % in Religare. Dabur family already has a holding of 21.5 % in Religare Enterprises Limited.
The open offer would bring fresh consideration of Rs 2,116 crore.
These sensational charges, asking the police to probe the Dera head, have been made in two different plaints, one submitted by Religare’s current management and second by Malvinder himself.
“Pursuant to being appointed, the new professional board and management has realised that REL and its subsidiaries were in terrible financial condition and it sought to ascertain the reasons for the same. Through internal enquiries conducted….the new management found that there was widespread illegal siphoning of funds from REL and its subsidiaries…..” the complaint by Religare, on October 6, before Delhi Police reads.
“Role of Gurinder Singh Dhillon, Alok Rai Rajpur, and Yuraj Narain Gorwaney, needs to be investigated who conspired and illegally benefitted by causing wrongful cause of RFL by executing deed of Asola Land, already mortgaged with RFL”.
In the same complaint, the Religare company’s vice president Manpreet Singh Suri, has also sought probe against Shivinder’s wife Aditi for allegedly paying illegal gratification of Rs 200 crore to jailed conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar to “bribe public servants for obtaining bail of her husband from the judicial custody”.
Supreme Court had last year jailed both Malwinder and Shivinder while Malwinder had this year in June secured a bail.
In a separate complaint, Malvinder too had told Delhi Police, that he requested the Dera baba to settle the loans extended by Religare or its subsidiaries to Gurinder Dhilllon and his family members including his son as the total outstanding of Religare had reached up to Rs 5,400 crores.
[NOTE: That's $650 million, roughly, a huge amount of money.]
The complaint also said that six firms, as subsidiaries of Religare, were used by Shivinder to aid Gurinder in Punjab’s Beas, and his associates in achieving his goal.
These six companies are Best Healthcare Private Ltd, Modland Wears Private Ltd, Fern Healthcare Private Ltd, Devera Developers Pvt Ltd, Green Line Buildwell Pvt Ltd, and Adept Lifespaces Pvt Ltd and acquired these firms without proper due diligence.
The deposits made from these companies were as follows. Modland was used to divert Rs 223 crore, Devera gave Rs 122.6 crore, Fern Healthcare handed over Rs 292.5, Best health care deposited Rs 207, Adept and Rosestar gave Rs 152.8 and Rs 8 crore to Dera baba’s family members: Gurinder Dhillon (himself), Gurkirat, Gurpreet Dhillon, Shabnam Dhillon ( Dera baba’s wife).
“Shivinder frequently shuttled between the Radha Soami Satsang headquarters in Beas and Delhi in the period leading up to December 2017. He was deeply involved in senior-level affairs. The accused plotted a cunning scheme to divert RHC’s funds and absorb Gurinder Singh Dhillon’s debts and dues, leaving RHC with liabilities and stripping it of all assets, transferring them to Gurinder Singh Dhillon,” the complaint has said.
The complaint recalls Dera Beas’s entry into Religare group through Gurinder’s relative, Sunil Godhwani.
According to Malvinder’s complaint, Sunil and Gurinder were helping the company grow, but they were allegedly conspiring to deceive him and the firm.
The complaint further alleges that in December 2017, Shivinder, while misusing his position in RHC, concealed the precarious financial status of the six companies whose money were allegedly transferred into Radha Soami family members.
Later, Malvinder discovered only through an auditor appointed to audit the accounts of these six firms that they were burdened with debt, his submission before Delhi Police has said.
In fact, the Complainant (Malvinder) believes that, in his ambition to become the next spiritual leader of the Radha Soami Satsang Beas, Shivinder unilaterally signed a purported ‘family settlement’ with Gurinder Singh Dhillon, absolving Gurinder of any wrongdoing and agreeing that no liabilities, legal proceedings, or criminal charges would be attributed to Gurinder under any circumstances,” the complaint reads.
Delhi Police Special CP EOW, Shalini Singh, did not comment on the investigation.
Malwinder confirmed that the police was probing the matter.
Here's another story on this subject from the MillenniumPost, "Radha Soami Satsang Beas head accused of illegally diverting Rs 1oo6 cr from Religare."
New Delhi: In a startling turn of events, the ongoing feud between billionaire brothers, Malvinder Singh and Shivinder Singh, who previously held influential positions at Fortis Healthcare and Ranbaxy Laboratories, has taken a dramatic twist.
A formal complaint filed with the Delhi Police has directly implicated Gurinder Singh Dhillon, also known as Babaji, the spiritual leader of Radha Soami Satsang Beas, in a web of alleged illegal activities, conspiracy, and the unauthorised diversion of over Rs 1000 crores from financial conglomerate Religare.
These allegations have prompted a comprehensive investigation by the police and stem from two separate complaints, one filed by Religare and the other by Malvinder Singh himself.
The complaint submitted by Religare on October 6 unveils a concerning picture: “Upon taking the reins, the new professional board and management uncovered the distressing financial state of REL and its subsidiaries, leading them to delve into the root causes. Internal inquiries unveiled a widespread and unauthorised drainage of funds from REL and its subsidiaries.”
At this juncture, The Millennium Post has secured access to vital documents related to this complaint. This development occurs in parallel with the Burman family, esteemed promoters of Dabur, one of India’s foremost consumer goods giants, making a cryptic public offer to acquire Religare.
The complaint underscores the urgency of investigating the roles played by Gurinder Singh Dhillon, Alok Rai Rajpur, and Yuraj Narain Gorwaney, who are accused of conspiring and benefiting unlawfully at the expense of RFL through a transaction involving Asola Land, a property already mortgaged with RFL.
Within the same complaint, Religare’s Vice President, Manpreet Singh Suri, has also called for an inquiry into allegations against Shivinder’s wife, Aditi, involving an alleged illegal gratification of Rs 200 crore to the jailed crook Sukesh Chandrasekhar, aimed at influencing public servants for her husband’s release from judicial custody. Both Malvinder and Shivinder Singh were imprisoned by the Supreme Court last year. However, Malvinder secured his release in June this year.
In a separate complaint, Malvinder informs the Delhi Police of his attempt to seek resolution with Gurinder Dhillon, the spiritual leader of the Dera, regarding the outstanding loans extended by Religare and its subsidiaries to Gurinder Dhillon and his family members, amassing a staggering Rs 5,400 crores.
The complaint suggests that six companies, subsidiaries of Religare, were employed by Shivinder to assist Gurinder and his associates in their financial pursuits. It has also been alleged that in December 2017, Shivinder, while exploiting his position in RHC, disguised the treacherous financial status of six companies.
Subsequently, an auditor appointed to scrutinize the accounts of these six firms discovered that they were buried under a mountain of debt, having extended financial assistance to Gurinder, his family, or companies operated by them, totalling a staggering Rs 1006.3 crore.
The complainant (Malvinder), contends that Shivinder, driven by his aspiration to ascend as the future spiritual leader of the Radha Soami Satsang Beas, unilaterally executed a purported ‘family settlement.’ This settlement absolved Gurinder Singh Dhillon of any alleged wrongdoing and stipulated that Gurinder would be shielded from any liabilities, legal actions, or criminal charges.
Delhi Police Special CP EOW, Shalini Singh, refrained from providing comments on the ongoing investigation, maintaining a stance of official discretion. Malvinder, however, has confirmed that the police are actively investigating the matter.
Lots of ifs and buts there, and it all seems hinged on the technicalities of a well-after-the-fact audit. While establishing mala fide intent might perhaps help point at at illegality, despite being couched in legal-enough-on-the-surface instruments and deals; but I don't know if that'll swing in Indian courts, and particularly given GSD's clout, and given what that religious clout might mean given the political climate in India at this time.
On the other hand, that's exactly how the Singh brothers got caught out, isn't it, via audits by Dai-Ichi well after the deal was signed, and assets and money already exchanged; so who knows, just maybe? ...Then again, and on the third hand, the actual catching-out by Dai-Ichi, that wasn't in an Indian court, was it? Singapore, I think it was? And in any case there was no religion involved there, and no-one in the cross-hairs with millions of followers, followers with votes: so again, who knows.

The accusations are significant, and yet they are entirely consistent with the earlier investigations and reporting. What has changed is the entrance of a new player, Dabur, offering to increase their holdings in Religare, to 26% by purchasing an additional 4.5% of Religare's total stock. This could, potentially, raise either cash assets and / or stock value that could be liquidated to cover the outstanding debts. At the very least, raising the paper value of the company temporarily can do much to restore credit rating and financing. It may actually be a smart move, to purchase Religare when it is somewhat distressed. The Dabur families' ties to Gurinder and company may be part of the backstory, but we do not know. And whether that actually helps the company or hurts it is also a matter of time to see.
Gurinder was most certainly involved. But whether that helped the Singh brothers avert even more disaster or promulgated that disaster; whether his influence harmed the companies, or in fact has been used to lessen the negative financial effects of poor decisions by the Singh brothers and others, we do not at this time know.
Brian, this is solid reporting. The accusations are from key members of the story, players who made poor decisions and tried to cover them up; and they are a bit clearer now, especially the detail on the arrangement between Gurinder and Malvinder, which was evidenced by Gurinder's letter to the Singh brothers, offering to take back all the debt along with the assets, when it appeared the Singh brothers were unable to restore the value of the stock, upon which the siphoned loans were all based. The letter, as we already know, is part of the legal evidence currently held by the court.
Thank you for sharing this.
Influence and connections, including family ties, are a part of every society. And never more so than in the management of investment, corporate leadership and the stock market. It would be nice to offer equity to all in such interactions but we are far from that.
I do not think this reflects poorly on Gurinder at this time. He is managing a very, very complex interaction that he, for his own reasons, became significantly involved in. Illegal internal loans were made and taken to support a sagging stock market that threatened the various companies. A mortgaged property was booked as an asset.
Go back another couple of years, and it seems several family members attempted to get in on what started as a bull market, only to have huge liabilities on their hands when things went soft. Then, faced with mounting debt, it appears they used their status as members of Fortis and other Religare companies to make loans to help cover each others' debts, in the hopes of a market turn-around. Since so much of this was woven with family and friendship ties, it does not seem in any way unusual, though illegal. Under such influences, legal considerations are going to become secondary.
But I think asking Dabur to help out is not in and of itself wrong. If it helps Religare remain solvent, all the better. And if finding someone to blame helps buy the company time and financial ranking to finance Religare's emergence from debt, then, if Gurinder or God Herself elects that Gurinder must be the fall guy, so be it.
When the stock market appears strong, people who have access to significant funds understand that their money can double overnight with the right investments. And when, after attempting to do so with what ends up as a soft market, their own company runs into financial difficulty, finding ways to create assets as the basis for temporary loans to attempt further investment can happen as easily as any addiction.
It's a risky business. Anyone who engages in corporate leadership and influence plays a serious game. But to what extent is Gurinder using his influence to keep these large entities and the wealth of his colleagues' families from failing, basically maintaining existing stock-holder equity or even raising it, amidst a series of risky decisions by others, and to what extent did his influence further harm the company?
Time will tell.

Spence Tepper, it's hard to believe that you read the stories I shared before you wrote your misleading comment. In these stories, as with the earlier stories in the Indian financial press about the involvement of the RSSB guru in financial fraud, there is zero evidence, ZERO, that Gurinder Singh Dhillon was trying to help Religare through the huge amounts of money being siphoned out of Religare through shell companies engaging in short-term movements of money that ended up in the hands of the Dhillon family.
The allegation by the new Religare board and Malvinder Singh is that the RSSB guru enriched himself to about $120 million that belonged to Religare. Yet you somehow twist things around in an attempt to make the guru into some sort of savior of Religare. Why would the board ask the Delhi police to investigate the guru if Religare had been helped by him, rather than hurt? I realize that you are devoted to Gurinder Singh Dhillon and want to see him in the best possible light, but the light you're casting on him is preventing you from seeing what lurks in the shadows of the guru's actions.
Appreciative Reader, you are appropriately skeptical of the Indian legal system, which so far has been dreadfully slow and unresponsive to the allegations of financial fraud leveled against the RSSB guru. It may well be that the guru isn't held to account because of political interference in the legal process. I hope this doesn't occur, for the sake of justice and also for the sake of India.
If Indian corporations can lose hundreds of millions of dollars through fraud, yet those responsible for the fraud go unpunished, that sends a message to investors, both in India and foreigners, that justice is in short supple in the Indian legal system. This isn't a positive for the economic development of India, obviously.

Hi Brian:
You wrote:
"Yet you somehow twist things around in an attempt to make the guru into some sort of savior of Religare. "
As one of the mentors who guided Malvinder and Shivinder into starting Religare in 1984, it is just possible that this is what he is trying to do.
As I wrote, we don't know if his actions helped or hurt. Only that he was involved. And that whatever good was done in creating Religare, fraud has placed the company in some distress. But it is solvent today, growing and with international investors.
Sometimes companies grow well beyond the competency level of their founders. And their errors become the basis for some desperate acts, and that becomes the basis for transition.
I suspect, after all that has happened, he is doing everything in his power to help, including encouraging the Burman family to invest more and become the largest investors in the company.
Every investor, however they choose to act, wants to make a return, and no better place than where things appear in distress. Hence the implication in the press that the Dabur investments may have been in some way connected to him makes sense for any investor, whatever you may attribute to them.
We know that fraud took place, and among his relatives. We know he gave full access to his bank accounts to Malvinder and Shivinder, and they used these accounts to launder the fraudulent loans.
And we also know he offered to take back Malvinder and Shivinder's holdings and all the debt connected to it. That doesn't look like the actions of someone who wants to cut and run or avoid personal responsibility. It appears to be the actions of someone who wants to help. It is possible his intentions were to reverse the misfortunes of his, his family and all family and friends involved in this. Because they are still around, and in his sphere.
Why help found a corporation that indeed grew to become one of the largest financial and banking giants in the world, only with the purpose of fraud when your name is in the press and everyone knows where you live?
It might be so, but less likely than that the relatives he encouraged to go big, take advantage of the financial opportunity at the time in India and the region, in founding Religare stretched well beyond their management capacity, and grew desperate, and that he has made every effort to get them quietly out of hot water.

The idea that GSD might have been toiling away to increase shareholder value at Religare is completely risible, despite the equivocation built in. The man has neither the professional qualifications, nor expertise, nor any past record of corporate consulting at this level, as far as I am aware. All he was, professionally, is some sales whatsit in some European backwaters. Certainly he couldn't have commanded anywhere close to the millions he siphoned off, he and his sons, without leveraging his position as RSSB "master".
Naturally we cannot, with certitude, rule out his having worked wonders and stemmed even greater loss through wise advice, not without a detailed audit of what happened. But that's like saying we can't say for sure that Trump may not have saved the world from annihilation in a nuclear war, in a hush-hush deal that leveraged his friendship with Putin and the NK weirdo dictator, not without a careful audit of all classified intel.
Certainly, should clear evidence emerge that this man did magically provide sterling advice and strategic and legal corporate guidance despite the lack of qualifications and record of experience in corporate strategy, well then we'd be open to accepting that, obviously. That's always true, that openness to changing one's mind. But there's no way to finesse, to spin, that openness, into this absurd equivalence.
The only question is whether the on-surface-apparently-legal contracts and deals, whose criminality is hinged on their mala fide intent and specifically the deliberately sloppy due diligence, will be shown up in Indian courts. Given India's politics, it well may not.
And agreed, Brian, that reflects very badly indeed on India, and on where the country's headed.

"In fact, the Complainant (Malvinder) believes that, in his ambition to become the next spiritual leader of the Radha Soami Satsang Beas, Shivinder unilaterally signed a purported ‘family settlement’ with Gurinder Singh Dhillon, absolving Gurinder of any wrongdoing and agreeing that no liabilities, legal proceedings, or criminal charges would be attributed to Gurinder under any circumstances,” the complaint reads."
Attention criminals, this is how to get away with theft. Just have your partners in crime sign a document that absolves you from any legal culpability. That way, the police can't file criminal charges against you. If they do, you just show em the signed document and watch them take off their hats to scratch their heads. "Gosh Paddy, we can't arrest the guy, he's got a signed document that he can't be sued or arrested."
Anyway, good to know that Malvinder and his brother are doing well. Oh wait, they're still in jail for embezzlement.
On a serious note, I admit that it's at least possible that satsangis involved in a business arrangement with their guru might be willing to do anything to make said guru happy. But the confounding thing about this Ranbaxy saga is the precise terms of these "loans." Was Gurinder bending the brothers' arms to suck crores out of Ranbaxy like Tony Soprano, or were these brothers so eager to please Gurinder that they went off the deep end in authorizing these fund transfers and lied about their legality, or were all parties involved simply irresponsible and/or ignorant of the financial peril they were creating (let's remember they were gifted this huge wealth and responsibility with the demise of their father and were far less business savvy than their appeared) or was it a combination of all of this with the brothers bolstered by the faith that everything would work out in the end, since they were working with the guru?
Again, I think it's at least possible that Gurinder may have exploited the brothers' willingness to please him.
The argument that Gurinder should have prevented this fiasco "because he's God and should have known what would happen" I guess has some merit, but not much, since, again, we still don't know the terms of the business loans. That said, we can play the useful game of putting ourselves in Gurinder's shoes per this deal gone wrong. Say we had a nephew who was the CEO of Delta Airlines, and he came to us, or we asked him, to loan us tens of millions of dollars from his corporation.
That would seem far from kosher, and yet we must add in the cultural factors here. As others have reported, many at the Dera felt that it was Gurinder who ran and owned Ranbaxy. No, Gurinder wasn't the legal owner but effectively was considered that corp's owner in that weird Indian family dynamic of shared wealth.
The Indian family dynamic was responsible for some amazing financial miracles for Sant Mat gurus.
It provided gurus like Charan Singh and Rajinder Singh was abundant wealth "from their families."
One of the pillars of Sant Mat ethics is that the guru should be self-supporting. But I digress...

For those who were baffled the atrocious syntax of the Indian English the posted news story, here's the matter written by good Reuter's reporters:
NEW DELHI, Oct 11 (Reuters) - Indian financial services company Religare Enterprises (RELG.NS) has asked police to start a fresh investigation related to alleged siphoning of funds and certain business dealings done under its previous leadership, a company letter shows.
The news comes just weeks after India's billionaire Burman family, which founded consumer goods conglomerate Dabur, announced plans in September to raise its stake to take control of Religare by investing $255 million.
Religare's former owners, brothers Malvinder Singh and Shivinder Singh, resigned from the board in 2018 and are among those who have faced many investigations for alleged siphoning of 45 billion rupees ($541 million) from Religare. The brothers, who deny wrongdoing, are currently on bail after being jailed earlier.
After new management conducted internal probes starting 2018, Religare filed various complaints to investigate alleged wrongdoings and recover funds.
In an Oct. 6 letter to Delhi police, Religare called for a "fair & proper investigation" into past financial dealings and said some of the complaints it filed during 2019-2023 had not been looked into.
"Any unlawful loss caused to its (Religare) subsidiaries affects REL's public shareholders," its Vice President Legal, Manpreet Singh Suri, wrote in the letter, which has not been made public but has been reviewed by Reuters.
Asked about the letter, Religare said in a statement its management "will continue pursuing all the legal actions rigorously".
A representative of the Burman family, Mohit Burman, said "we would like to see the company (Religare) use all legal remedies to recover any funds that are due."
The Delhi police and the Singh brothers did not immediately respond to Reuters queries.
Religare provides loans to small and mid-sized businesses and also has health insurance and broking services units.
A takeover by the Burmans would pit the billionaire family against other prominent names in the same business, including tycoon Mukesh Ambani's Jio Financial Services (JIOF.NS).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Previously I'd mistakenly referred to Religare as Ranbaxy.
Anyway, it does seem that REL board's requested new investigation is tacitly pointed at Gurinder. Or perhaps that's just an assumption fueled by GDS. In any case, it seems that the interested parties' legal teams are not very impressed by the scope and scale of whatever investigations the Indian legal system has done. And I can't say I blame them for wanting a deeper dive into who did what, where all the money went, and how all this was allowed to happen.
Posted by: Sant64 | November 06, 2023 at 03:58 PM
@Spence:
"I suspect, after all that has happened Gurinder is doing everything in his power to help, including encouraging the Burman family to invest more and become the largest investors in the company."
Given Gurinder's track record of refusing (until forced) to work with the Indian courts, refusing to hand over tax records, and not making court appearances, I can't agree with that. https://hinessight.blogs.com/church_of_the_churchless/2019/11/rssb-guru-and-his-family-make-up-reasons-to-avoid-court-appearance.html
While some of his family member's excuses were possibly reasonable, Gurinder's claim that he couldn't go to court because he was "a cancer survivor and had diabetes" is weak.
And then there's the matter of the displaced money. Imagine Gurinder meeting Burman, what do you suppose would Burman's first question? "Hey, you somehow ended up with tens of millions of dollars from the company...well?"
No, I doubt if Gurinder would ever even meet with Burman, just as Gurinder wouldn't go to court, or speak to the press, or the Sangat.
As you know I'm not one to assign blame to Gurinder for the money problem, but on the other hand, he has acted abominably slippery throughout this saga. So it kind of irks me when people say he's no doubt "eager to help."

You're citing his experience with that same broad group, his qualifications to professionally consult which is what is being questioned?
I've some fairly solid experience in corporate consulting myself. As do you, I believe. And that is NOT what a respectable consultant profile remotely looks like, that might command hundreds of thousands --- leave alone millions --- in direct and indirect remuneration. And you well know that.

I may be wrong but I remember that in the beginning there was something about a large number of shares being given to GSD's sons, and his wife, just before the company went public. This was a way to avoid taxes and GSD's family would be rich in the process.
Then is appears these funds were being diverted each year and returned just before the annual audit, for audit purposes. When the singh brothers were in financial trouble due to the dehli case filed by the japanese buyer of the company (was it religare or fortis or another?). The singh brothers appealed to GSD to help them out of a difficult financial situation. He declined and said it was not his job to help them.
As far as I understood - this was the cause of the problems. The singh brothers explained that if he doesn't help, the company will be taken away from them and all the illegal loans would become public knowledge.
At that point - GSD should have helped - for his own sake. But he didn't and then it was too late. It was all avoidable if GSD had helped the singh borthers. After all, his wealth came from them and a bit of appreciation would have gone a long way. But he refused to help and then everyone was in trouble. His wife played a key role as she was director of some of the offshore companies.
That is why she died - evidence eliminated - end of case.
But now it seems justice may still be served.

Some use it as an justification to scream and jell and throw stuff on the one in the pillory.
What people do or neglect to do has NOTHING to do with the one in the pillory ... it is THEIR choice and in the en they will hold accountable for what they chose to do.
If you throw a ball against the wall it rebounces ... keep that in mind everytime you write here, you throw your energy out .. you might think there is no wall and it gives you a good feeling.... but the world is a wall and it will certainly rebounce.

But these days there is an ever growing group of people that present themselves as seeking right be done for others without ever being asked ... without consent, often even without knowledge.
Iit is my personaly impression that these people are not at all seeking right but use the fighting for others rights as a means to vent their anger ..angry and frustrated they are. ...look at there faces, hear their the sharp tone of their voices
They are like the RC inquisitors of the past rejoicing in running after people

The truth is hard to swallow, so take it with a glass of water, but do take it as it is the truth and it will be heard.
Even if you like it or not and you choose to throw your toys out of the pram, it still isn't going to get you anywhere but you are showing your true intentions on here for us all to see
So deal with it buddy, Gurinder Singh Dhilion is a Hypocritical Lying Baba who has Disgraced himself and Riddiculed Radha Soami Cult
The truth is everywhere Gurinder is finished and brutally exposed
Amazon are doing Black Friday Sales get yourself something nice maybe...

@ Trez
Hajhajha .. the truth is simple to swallow Trez .. yhe problems do arise with the meaning and value people ATTRIBUTE to the truth, to the facts.
These facts, Trez have no meaning nor value by themselves .. you and others GIVE them ATTRIBUTE ... it has all to do with YOUR mental make up and nothing with the facts.
You walk around with grudges against him and these grudges are of your own making.... and ... You want others to see the world as you do.
Why would we Trez ... you have nothing to offer.

@ Trez
>> The truth is everywhere Gurinder is finished and brutally exposed<<
Exposed by whom .. by YOU ... here??? ...hahahaha
Brutally ...hahahaha ... you just express here you anger, your frustration
Maybe you should drink more coffee
Get rid of you self importance ... see that you have something more to bring to the table than you over the top preoccupation with GSD
The more you speak about him the less important you become.
Posted by: um | November 10, 2023 at 01:21 PM
@um
Why are you defending too hard to defend GSD and criticising everyone who is criticising GSD
Findings are everywhere on many platforms and we also know that GSD is very secretive person, tried to escape from to present himself in front of Judge with excuses and tried his best not to show his Tax returns. No honest person will do that
I am not saying whether he is guilty or not but the money trail is there so let people decide..or court decide ...also we know his political connection so the reality will come to the light , has very less probability
So..stay calm ..let people speak what they want.. don't stressed out..make your judgement about GSD after reading and analysing all articles...if you think there is no proof of his wrong doing them it's fine
Blind hate and blind faith both are wrong...

“spat” 😂 (to put it mildly
My ex-husband passed away earlier this year. I had a dream about him recently and he reminded me that he doesn’t give a “fuck” about gurus, and that although he was atheist in his human life, he now just cares about the whole lot of humanity that is somewhat lost thinking this is all there is.
It was a profound dream because I dream about everything and always connect to people after they have passed. But this was the first time I’ve had a dream about my ex… and it brought me deep peace. ❤️ 🙏

My ex-husband was “atheist” but is still very much alive. More alive now than ever… and he’s at peace. Just knowing he’s found peace helps me get through the insanity of this world we call Life.

Dirty rotten gurinder Singh Dhillon, being investigated. Fear for your life gurinder karma will be served. This is the real reason Gurinder escaped from India, suddenly cancelled his satsangs , and spent many weeks hiding under covers in Bedford England. You are the mafia ring leader. The image you constructed and hiding behind as a baba is shattering and you will face the anger of the millions of sangat you have manipulated and lead astray. You know you wanted mini you , shivinder to pay for your retirement and claim his title as god in human form by contract - keep it all in the family.
Gurinder radiants the Love love love spell on the stage , but is a dirty fraudulent crook in private. GAME OVER, lock him up with his chum ram Rahim and throw away the key.

@ Rab Rakha |
I do not know how you came to decide for your self that I am defending GSD.
I have and had something to say about the behavior of the people writing here and compared them with people that go out of their free choice to the marketplace of the world to yell and scream at6 a person standing for trial....they need not ...it is just their choice and that choice has nothing to do with anybody else than themselves
And I have gone a step further to suggest If there was no RSSB, no GSD they still would find themselves somebody they couls spew their venom on.
It is all about WHO writes WHAT ...HERE .. I am not interested in the affairs of GSD.

Ravana gurinder singh Dhillon, you evil demon king, karma will be served. You have blasphemied against god too often and now it's payback time. You murdered your wife , you hurt poor farmers, you lied to millions of sangat, all because your a greedy dirty old fraudulent baba that wants everything, and gets a kick out of hurting innocent souls. You would even see your nephews locked up than for the finger to be right fully pointed in your direction. The world will see how a singh, who dresses like a guru , fooled everyone and thought he would get away with it. The day of reckoning is coming soon. Modi do the right thing and get rid of cult corruption and bent cult baba s, before they get to powerful.

Gurinder singh dhillon is a shambolic human being who has done nothing for others than himself. This article elaborates much which is kept hidden about him we have to realise if there's one thing then as we see there are so many others about him which shine a light on his negative persona as a Baba who lives off others and helps himself and his Sons to a millionaire lifestyle of Kaal.
This is who he is and he has exposed himself for us to all see this truth. Shall we..we should it's about time

What I have never understood is this: Let us assume Gurinder is a fraud. Then how come he is funding the massive charitable organisation like RSSB wherein the capital and operational cost of running annual satsang programs can run into crores. WHY will he spend that money on satsangis and where will he get that money from ??

@ Jumtoo Dorara
As long as a person has not the personal experience that allows him or her to evalue who and what Gurinder singh is or is not people just have to trust their own feelings and thoughts.
There have been teachers in the past, no need to call their name, I would never have listened to as I could not digest them emotionally and or intellectual ... does that say they were not genuine teachers ..certainly not it was and is just mu personal opinion and that is all I have. .. and does it mean that those to whom a did listen to with great pleasure and gratitude are genuine masters etc .. no certainly not .. it was and is my personal opinion
That opinion is the only thing that I have to make choices the rest is all hearsay ..and even hearsay ios up to me to digest ot not
For a student, deciple, follower ther should be just one question ..am I the best student I can be.
Or a mundane example .. instead of asking whether my partner is deserving my attention, respect, love etc one could ask if one i9s the best possible partner to the other.
Unfortunately these understanding are not easy acceptable when young..
Even if he is convicted for this are that financial trespassing of law, would be of no importance and meaning to me .. but I do not happen to be his disciple.
I have fond memories of interacting with him and nothing and nobody is going to deprive me from them ... and I will certainly destroy what is dear to mee ... hahahaha
Why should I stop drinking a certain brand coffee that gave me pleasure when it uis found that the CEO not payed his taxes ... hahaha
