Like I did in a post, this Tom Tomorrow comic points out the absurdity of prayer and thanking God for death/destruction. (click to enlargencize)
Nice bit of CNN ridicule, also. (Wolf Blitzer did indeed ask a survivor if she thanked the Lord; turns out she was an atheist).

Maybe millions of people doing 2 1/2 hours of meditation a day focusing on the Master actually end up being prayers for him to become exceptionally wealthy. Oops.

Beliefs never change. Even in the face of strong evidence.
Son to mother: “mom, mom, I think I am a zombie.”
Mother: “Son, you’re NOT a zombie, call your dad, he’s explain”
Son to dad: “dad, dad, I’m a zombie”
Dad: “Son, you’re NOT a zombie. I’ll prove it to you. Do zombie’s bleed?”
Dad: “Then take a pin and stick it in your finger – see if you bleed.”
Son (after doing the pin test) “Hey dad, guess what?”
Son: “Zombie’s DO bleed.”
