I've ordered the book.

Thanks for mentioning it.

The other I have,'' Everyday Zen''.

My book, "Zen Zucks",

Not bad.

You should not worry too much about everything. You need to think positive always so that you will be able to control the situations you have encounter that will make you feel very anxious. However, if you really can't mange your anxiety, then better seek medical advice. Maybe they will prescribe medication to help on how to calm anxiety.

ok, and what is coming next?
