I also like to check out books such as those on Zen, mainly to see how the authors are explaing their insights. Regarding the 'Fourth Undeniable Reality' it is something I have meditated on and would explain it so:- The information we accumulate from birth comprises not only necessary knowledge but also the sense of 'I' and 'ego'. The 'information' is aquired from the time, place and culture of our birth and upbringing - this is chance - we had/have no choice. To 'let go' of 'notions of things' is perhaps to see that the information we cling to to maintain an 'I' is no more than mentally constucted concepts - or notions. To realize this can be described as 'complete tranquility' - assuming 'notions' of 'I' are really seen! </p>
